Regular Classes
All Drop-In Classes, Welcome Passes, Memberships, and Class Packages are non-refundable.
Classes may be rescheduled if you notify us at least 12 hours before your scheduled class.
Requests made less than 12 hours before class are subject to a $15 rescheduling fee per person.
Missed classes and no-shows are non-refundable and cannot be credited.
Private Classes & Private Events
A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve all private classes and events.
If you cancel 10 or more days before your booking, your deposit may be converted into studio credit for a future private class, event, or regular classes.
If you cancel less than 10 days before your booking, the deposit will be forfeited.
The remaining balance is due 24 hours before your scheduled event.
Failure to pay the remaining balance by the deadline may result in cancellation of your reservation, and the deposit will remain non-refundable.
Studio Rentals
A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the studio.
If you cancel 10 or more days before your rental, your deposit may be converted into studio credit for a future rental.
If you cancel less than 10 days before your rental, the deposit will be forfeited.
